The old town is a popular destination with its proximity to Lake Lucerne, the Alps and many sights and offers countless discovery programmes. At the Seehotel Kastanienbaum you can enjoy direct views of the lake or the mountains from all rooms. On the lakeside terrace and in the lakeside restaurant, you will be served regional delicacies and newly interpreted classics with a magnificent view of Lake Lucerne. In winter, the lakeside terrace is transformed into a winter wonderland with cosy fondue huts. You will find relaxation and recreation in our small spa area with sauna and steam bath. Our heated outdoor pool including private beach is open from May to mid-October in good weather.
