Свадебные торжества

For Toni and Barbara Mittermair, “guests aren’t coming to the hotel, they’re coming to our home”. The house is in a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Geneva, set against a backdrop of snowy mountain peaks. It is a such pleasure to enjoy an aperitif on the terrace while watching the beautiful sunset. This is the same panorama that inspired Jean-Jacques Rousseau to write his novel “The New Heloise”. At the hotel’s restaurant, Toni and his team create traditional cuisine inspired by the south of France, such as Sisteron lamb with herbs, accompanied by straw potatoes and ratatouille niçoise.
