Swiss Historic Hotels and Lodgings

Surrounded by the vineyards of the Vully in the heart of Switzerland's Three Lakes Region, Château Salavaux has welcomed guests for centuries. Originally built in 1592 by two Bernese patrician families, the estate has evolved from an elegant manor house into a charming historic hotel while preserving its authentic 16th-century character. Today, each of the 23 rooms combines original architectural features with modern comfort. Seasonal cuisine, an impressive wine cellar and historic salons continue a long tradition of warm hospitality. Since 2021, Neïla and Flavio Benedetto and their team have been breathing new life into the château, sharing its remarkable heritage through personal hospitality and private guided tours.
