The workshop event is aimed at anyone in good physical condition who wants to immerse themselves in mental and physical aspects. Participants will feel the power of the cold and learn to experience themselves in a new way. The programme helps to strengthen your own resilience and experience the cold as an opportunity for inner strength – always with the aim of safely and mindfully testing your limits.
