通年運行している登山鉄道で結ぶ、ゴルナーグラート山稜にある展望台（標高3089m）。ゴルナー氷河、フィンデルン氷河、スイス最高峰のデュフール峰を抱くモンテ・ローザから名峰マッターホルンまで4000m級の山々が連なる絶景を満喫できます。

イタリアとの国境、ヤシやオリーブの木が揺れる美しい湖は、スイスのイタリア語圏ティチーノ州を代表する湖「チェレーズィオCeresio」。一般的には英名でルガーノ湖と呼ばれています。複雑にいりくんだ形の湖で、一部はイタリア領になっており、古くから風光明媚な避寒地として有名な湖で、湖畔の美しい村を訪ねる湖船クルーズがおすすめです。

アッペンツェル・アルプスにあるアルプシュタイン山群の最高峰で、東スイス地方を代表する名峰は”天気の山”としても知られています。西ヨーロッパの中心に位置し、晴天時にはスイス、ドイツ、オーストリア、リヒテンシュタイン、フランス、イタリアの6カ国を見渡す壮大なパノラマビューが体験できます。山麓のシュヴェーガルプから山頂へ、そそりたつ岩壁を最新の空中ロープウェイでのぼっていきます。

イタリア国境へのびる谷奥にある小さなミュスタイア村の修道院が世界遺産に選ばれています。8世紀にカール大帝（シャルルマーニュ）の命を受けたクール司教によって建てられ、9世紀にベネディクト派の宗教施設、12世紀から女子修道院となったもので、外からみると質素な建物ですが、20世紀におこなわれた付属教会の改修工事の際に、壁画の下からさらに古い時代の壁画が発見されて一躍注目を集めました。

The Tobogganing Park is a unique attraction in Switzerland! Silvio Giobellina, Olympic medal winner and bobsleigh world champion, creates new toboggan runs in Leysin every winter.

Over 6 kilometres and more than 700 altitude metres of pure tobogganing pleasure! Surrounded by nothing but the amazing mountain landscape around Mt. Wildstrubel and the snow sparkling in the sunlight.

夏季の「チョコレート・トレイン」に対して、冬季限定で誕生した「チーズ・トレイン」。MOB鉄道の特別車両に乗って、モントルーから「レティヴァ」チーズの里として知られるシャトーデーへ。昔ながらのチーズづくりを見学して、本場のチーズ・フォンデュを楽しむ小旅行です。好評のため2013年から毎冬運行してきましたが、2022年からは通年で楽しめるようになりました。

イタリアからアルプスを抜けて北へ結ぶ交通の要だったベリンツォーナに築かれた古城と城壁。現存するアルプスの城塞都市モデルとして世界遺産に認定されています。
