The establishment has been awarded two toques and 16 points by Gault & Millau since it opened in 2000. A year later, in 2001, it was awarded a Michelin star, a recognition that has been confirmed year after year ever since.

The Hotel Restaurant Chasseral, located at the summit of the Bernese Jura, offers a unique panoramic view, regional cuisine, cosy accommodation and more than 15 annual events in an exceptional natural setting, summer and winter alike.

The restaurant proposes its specialities on slate (entrecote and tournedos) according to your appetite with a weight from 150gr to 400gr, rösti ham, Entrecote with morels, cheese crust, fondue.

Here, 90% of what arrives on the table comes from the surrounding area. Because everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal in good company can be found around the restaurant.
