La Cordée welcomes you to a chic and relaxed brasserie in the heart of Verbier, open to everyone whether you are staying at the hotel or not.

Our Fait Maison cuisine evolves with the seasons. The Chef and his team favour Swiss and Valais produce and, whenever possible, work with producers from Verbier and the surrounding region.

The menu brings together reimagined brasserie classics, fish, quality cuts of meat and dishes to share, with generous, carefully prepared food full of flavour. Desserts are made with the same commitment to homemade cooking.

The wine cellar naturally gives pride of place to Valais wines, alongside a carefully selected range of Swiss and international labels. A selection of cocktails is also available for an aperitif or to simply enjoy a drink.
