We attach great importance to sustainable enjoyment, which is why we have created our own 12-meter-long herb bed in the courtyard garden and frequently use ProSpecieRara products to prepare our dishes.

The Schützenhaus restaurant is one of the most traditional restaurants in the region. Older Basel residents go into raptures when they talk about the "Schützenhaus".
