You can enjoy an unforgettable fondue in the world's oldest electric cogwheel railway carriage (built in 1911).
The heated nostalgic carriage takes you up to 1,800 metres above sea level by moonlight. The unique mountain atmosphere and the delicious Rigi cheese fondue provide the perfect backdrop for this popular group experience.
During the ascent in an enchanting snowy landscape, hostesses serve an aperitif. The heated nostalgic carriage is then the setting for a cheerful fondue evening true to the motto: enjoyment à la 1911. A radiant starry sky and twinkling lights in the valley provide the perfect backdrop for a sensual and culinary flight of fancy. A coffee and the subsequent ride down into the valley round off this after-work event perfectly.
