Description

Welcome to the Oberwaid and our extensive wellness area, a fine dining restaurant serving regional produce, and a panoramic view over Lake Constance. We're just ten minutes away from St. Gallen. All of the modern spacious rooms have flat-screen satellite TV, wooden floors and a seating area. Each room also has its own balcony with a view of the surrounding area, a bathroom with free health and beauty products, a hair dryer, slippers and dressing gowns. Wireless internet is available in all rooms free of charge. The wellness area includes a sauna, whirlpool, Turkish bath, indoor and outdoor pools, steam room and several treatment rooms. All the facilities in the wellness area are free to guests. Enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast buffet in the restaurant every morning. Children under 16 are not allowed in the hotel.

The exclusive Oberwaid cure attacks the problems of the hustle and bustle of life at the root and offers individual prevention measures. Getting there

From Germany or Austria follow the A1 motorway, and take the Neudorf exit. Turn left at the first lights after the exit, and then right just before the second lights. You'll now be on Rorschacher Strasse. Follow this road until you see a sign for Oberwaid – Kurhaus & Medical Center on the left. Turn left here and park in our garage (140 spaces). If you're coming from Zürich on the A1, we recommend following the same route, but please note that you'll go through an additional set of lights before you can turn right onto Rorschacher Strasse. It's also very easy to reach us if you're travelling by air as we're close to several airports in Switzerland and Germany (Zürich, Friedrichshafen and Munich).
