The delicacies are served in the restaurants “Locanda Barbarossa” and “Tre Stagioni”. The Castello del Sole is within easy driving distance from the international airports of Zurich, 2.5 hours and Milan Malpensa, 1.5 hours. The Lugano-Agno Airport which caters to flights within Europe is just a 45 minute drive. Locarno Magadino Airport for helicopters and private planes is just a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The railway station is located in Locarno and is just a 10-minute drive away. Arrival by car: Exit Bellinzona south / Main road direction Locarno/Ascona, exit Ascona / First circle in Ascona, first exit / Next turn left and continue straight / At the next crossing turn right into Via Ferrera / At the next crossing turn left into Via Muraccio / Follow the signs "Castello del Sole".
