Intro
Drive over the legendary Furka Pass and follow the route from the James Bond movie "Goldfinger". The pass is located between the Uri and Valais Alps. It offers you a unique view of glaciers and majestic four-thousand-metre peaks.
The Furka Pass at a glance
The Furka Pass connects Realp in the canton of Uri with Oberwald in Valais. At 2429 meters, it is one of the highest Swiss Alpine passes. The track became world-famous through the James Bond film "Goldfinger" from 1964. On the Valais side, the historic Hotel Belvédère is located in the middle of a hairpin bend. The pass is open from June to October.
