Intro

Take the gondola up to Alpe Foppa on Monte Tamaro. At the top, the toboggan run, rope park and tyrolienne are waiting for you. On the high-altitude trail you hike to Monte Lema with a view of Ticino lakes and Alpine peaks.

Here, event managers and representatives for the next team outing will find a variety of options from a single source. Halfway between Bellinzona and Lugano, Monte Tamaro can be reached by public and private transport. A large car park is located right next to the valley station of the gondola lift. This takes participants to Alpe Foppa in 20 minutes. Meetings are framed by team-building activities, such as a ride on the toboggan run, a flight with the Tyrolienne, a climbing session in the rope park or a hike.

The Monte Tamaro gondola at a glance

The Monte Tamaro gondola takes you from the Ticino village of Rivera up to Alpe Foppa at 1530 metres. The journey takes 10 minutes and leads directly across the motorway. On the Alpe Foppa stands the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli by architect Mario Botta. The mountain station is the starting point for varied hikes and mountain bike tours.
