On the historic grounds of Chamer Papieri, industrial factory charm meets contemporary indulgence, striking design, and urban lifestyle. Within the raw concrete walls, where paper was once manufactured and steam boilers hissed, the fire of our charcoal grill now blazes. A subtle smoky note hangs in the air, and guests can watch from the open kitchen as classic and creative dishes are prepared on the charcoal grill. The historic boiler house, with its restaurant, cocktail bar, and terrace, is a lively gathering place seven days a week for neighbors, friends, and guests from near and far.
