In the Saltz restaurant (15 Gault Millau points), hungry visitors can expect modern cuisine with a large selection of fine wines. For gourmets, "The Restaurant" (2 Michelin stars, 19 Gault Millau points) is a special treat with its innovative gourmet cuisine. In the MIKURIYA restaurant (16 Gault Millau points), guests can enjoy an omakase experience. The gastronomic offer is complemented by "blooms", the garden restaurant of the house, which has been awarded 15 Gault Millau points.
