Program

This year’s edition will spotlight the pursuit of hospitality and excellence, featuring insights from
Vincent Vermeulen, founder of the School for Butlers & Hospitality. During the interactive presentation and workshop «From white gloves to “wow” moments», you’ll discover how anticipation, presence and discretion can transform client interactions and elevate your MICE practice. Learn from the best, gain invaluable insights, put tips and tricks into practice and get the opportunity to sample Swiss excellence first-hand during an unforgettable trip to Switzerland. Stay in Lausanne and Montreux and visit Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, behind-the-scenes tour and meeting with a concierge from an iconic palace of the region.

The event will take place at Château De Rivieren in Ganshoren, a historic venue conveniently located near the Brussels Ring and easily accessible by public transport. An inspiring setting for this special evening. Enjoy a gourmet dinner prepared by “Quent on a Faim”, renowned for their dedication to local sourcing, seasonal ingredients and minimizing food waste, all while delivering exceptional flavours.
