All this before savouring a delicious fondue, specially selected by the Fromagerie Kämpf in Bière and Cottens. A meal carefully prepared and served by Chef Stéphane Bioschi - Les Artisans Cuisiniers in Bière, and top it all off with a meringue dessert with double cream and seasonal fruit.
