Nice hotel in the city centre in a quiet location within walking distance of the railway station and the lake promenade. Near the motorway exit Lugano-South, with parking facilities available and a very good restaurant with a wide selection of local Ticino wines. A family-run hotel with a strong personal touch.

The DOT.Spa with its panoramic views is based on the "Five Elements" philosophy, combining water, wood, fire, earth and metal. Varied range of wellness facilities (2.200 m2).
